Congress Venues
All sessions take place at the Kerry Hotel, Beijing.
Ballroom
The Ballroom serves as the main venue of the WSOPRAS 2027 Congress. Here, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in the conference’s key scientific sessions and enjoy inspiring presentations delivered by internationally renowned experts in oculoplastic and orbital surgery. The Ballroom will host plenary lectures, keynote presentations, panel discussions, and other major academic events throughout the meeting.
Coffee with Experts area/posters
The Coffee with Experts Area hosts dedicated “Coffee with Experts” sessions at scheduled times (please refer to the conference program for details). This informal setting provides an excellent opportunity to engage in discussions with leading experts across various subspecialties of oculoplastic and orbital surgery, exchange ideas, and seek professional advice. This area also serves as the Poster Exhibition Zone. Posters selected for presentation will be displayed on electronic screens and will be shown on a rotating basis throughout the conference, allowing attendees to explore the latest research and clinical innovations.
Committee meeting room
This meeting room is reserved for committee meetings to deliberate on administrative matters.
Speaker ready room
The Speaker Ready Room is available for all presenters to review and prepare their presentation materials before their sessions. Here, you may upload or copy your PowerPoint presentation files and surgical videos, and test them on the conference presentation system to ensure proper playback and compatibility. Dedicated staff will be available on-site to assist you with file upload, technical checks, and any presentation-related questions.
